This Is My Listing or Not My Listing?

This choice decides who holds the owner and who may apply for COA.

Pick This Is My Listing when the property really is yours — you are the one dealing with the owner. Other agents can then ask you for COA.

Pick Not My Listing when you are helping publish an owner's or another agent's listing. Credit stays with the original source and you are not recorded as the holder.

Choose honestly. This board runs on agents trusting each other.
