Using COA-Mark on another agent's listing
Mark a listing you want to help market (co-broke).
COA-Mark is how you say you want to help market another agent's listing. It is saved to your own COA-Mark list so you never have to hunt for it again, and the listing agent knows you are interested in working together.
- Find a listing that fits your buyer in All Listing.
- Press COA-Mark on that listing.
- Open COA-Mark Listing in the dashboard to see everything you marked.
- Contact the listing agent and agree the commission split before bringing a buyer.
COA-Mark is not an automatic approval. It starts the conversation; it does not replace a written agreement between you and the listing agent.
