Owner listings, and what the Open COA badge means
Two different things that are often mixed up.
The Open COA badge appears only on an agent listing that has been opened for co-agency. It tells other agents that the listing agent welcomes a partner.
An owner listing is an ad the home owner posted themselves. It has no Open COA button — it shows the owner's name and number instead.
- Open an owner listing on FindHartanah.
- Contact the owner on the number shown and offer your service.
- The owner decides whether to accept your help or keep selling alone.
Respect an owner who chooses to sell alone. Offering once is enough.
