Record a buyer request (WTB) and get matches

Save what your buyer wants and the system finds matching listings.

WTB means Want To Buy — your buyer's request. Once you record it, the system matches it against listings on the board, including other agents' listings that are open for COA.

Open WTB/WTR List and press add.
Fill in the area, price range, property type and rooms wanted.
Save, then open Matching to see the listings that fit.
