By registering for or using COAListing Board (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

This Platform is provided specifically for Registered Property Agents (REN) and individuals connected to the property industry in Malaysia. The Owner will review every access request before an account is activated.

3. Agent Responsibilities

As a registered user, you agree to:

• Ensure the listing information you enter is accurate and up to date
• Update listing status (Available/Booked/Sold) when it changes
• Not misuse prospect information (owner/buyer) obtained through this Platform for any purpose other than legitimate property transactions
• Comply with the code of ethics and regulations for Registered Property Agents under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (LPPEH)

4. Accuracy of Content

COAListing Board is a collaboration platform that allows agents to share listings. We do not verify the accuracy of any listing, price, or information entered by agents. Any property sale/purchase/rental transaction is the sole responsibility of the agent and client involved.

5. Limitation of Liability

COAListing Board is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any loss, dispute, or damage arising from the use of this Platform, including (but not limited to) property sale/purchase transactions between agents and clients.

6. Account Suspension

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms of Use, including misuse of the platform, posting false information, or conduct that harms the wider agent community.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time as needed. Continued use after any changes means you agree to the updated terms.
